What is a Stretching class?

60 minutes Dynamic, Static stretching, SMR rolling and using RAD professional rolling tools.

In the first half of the Stretching Class, we start with dynamic stretching to move painful, rigid tissues and joints, then continue with static, sustained stretching exercises. We use the following tools: yoga strap, brick, block.

We start the work from the feet, move from the bottom up, and continue with chest and shoulder exercises at the end.

Deduction We use SMR rolling and the tools of the professional RAD family to work on the fascia and muscle wrap system.
