I am Márton Szőllősi, therapeutic and sports masseur. I obtained my professional qualification in Budapest in 2015, within the framework of EFEB Tréning Kft.'s training.
I have been playing soccer at an amateur level since I was ten years old, and a serious muscle injury was treated so effectively with massage that I also started on the path to massaging.
Of course, I am constantly expanding my professional knowledge, I currently completed the following courses: Instrumental Manual Therapy, Flossing therapy, Kinesiotape therapy.
My goals during individualized treatments are as follows: pain relief, relaxation of stiff, tense muscles, increasing the range of motion, acceleration of regeneration, injury prevention.
